By purchasing my services, you automatically agree to the following conditions. Please read this entirely and carefully! I will refuse your commission if you disagree with any of these terms.
• I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and the like. Please do not upload any commission to any AI sites, as this could compromise my artwork.• NFT usage is strictly forbidden.• If you have any questions, please contact me!• Commission begins once full payment is sent (for refunds, please keep reading!)• An initial sketch of the commission will be sent to the client before proceeding any further, this is done so that the client is able to make any necessary adjustments to the piece, or if none; to approve.• Work time ranges from 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the commission and my personal schedule. I will always update if this changes sometime in between.• If my work time goes beyond 6 weeks, please feel free to arrange a refund with me.• NSFW and mild gore/horror are okay, but I have the full right to refuse a commission if it makes me uncomfortable/feel that it’s out of my league (such as mecha, fetish or problematic content).• I am open to drawing more complex designs, but depending on how difficult I gauge it to be, I may or may not charge an extra fee.• Main mode of communication is through DMs (Twitter or Instagram), this is to ensure that I send faster responses, it will usually not take me more than one to two days to reply.
If Discord is more your thing, just ask!• Direct payment through PayPal is preferred, but if needed, let me know if you prefer an invoice from me instead. I have PayNow and PayID available for those residing in Singapore and Australia, respectively.• Please don’t rush me, feel free to message me for updates, but don’t be rude about it.
If ever you need your commission by a certain deadline, let me know beforehand.• If ever you want to request a deadline for me, make sure to commission me at least 2 weeks prior to that deadline, or else I will have to refuse your commission.• Feel free to use your commissioned pieces for personal use only; do not profit from my work.
You’re also allowed to post these works publicly (credit is mandatory when posting on social media).
